Architect of Infrastructure
Paul is an experienced senior IT manager and consultant with over 28 years in the technology sector. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Engineering and Business Studies from the University of Warwick and carries PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, and ITIL Foundation certifications. His career spans multinationals like Allied Domecq and EDS through to SMEs and housing associations — a breadth of experience few IT leaders can match.
His expertise covers the full IT management spectrum: service delivery and ITIL-aligned operations, infrastructure architecture and cloud migration, IT security and compliance (Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001), and project delivery using both PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies. He's equally comfortable presenting to a board or troubleshooting a server cluster.
