Cooper is a Junior Technical Consultant at RTBSS, working within the back-end technical delivery team. He brings a diverse background spanning full-stack software development, IT support, cross-institutional coordination, and business analysis.
With an Associate's degree in Business Administration and hands-on experience from a full-stack development apprenticeship, Cooper combines technical depth with a practical understanding of how businesses actually work. He's skilled at translating requirements into solutions — whether that's a SQL view, a Power BI dashboard, or a streamlined data workflow.
At RTBSS, Cooper's focus has shifted to SQL engineering, developing views and queries, Power BI reporting, and supporting the data solutions that underpin our clients' operations. He's actively pursuing SQL Server engineering qualifications and Microsoft Power BI certifications to formalise the expertise he's building every day on live projects.
