Experienced Consultant. Delivery Leader.
Liz is a Senior Consultant at RTBSS, working within the front-end customer-facing delivery team. With a career spanning Civica Cx housing software configuration, training programme leadership, and cross-European IT training delivery, she brings rare depth to every engagement.
Since 2018, Liz has worked as a specialist Civica Cx Consultant — bringing together business areas for the configuration of housing management software. She leads requirements gathering, produces business process documentation, builds and configures systems, writes test scripts, conducts multiple rounds of UAT, and delivers end-user training. Her CRM configuration expertise ensures customer interactions are tracked, reported on, and optimised for better service delivery.
At RTBSS, Liz is expanding her remit — developing her programme and project management capabilities and pursuing ILM certification. She's already an accomplished consultant; we're giving her a new challenge to sink her teeth into.

Responsible for understanding monthly module changes, testing training flows with QA, and ensuring all training material was consistent, compliant, and up to date.
